Mental Health

Learning and good mental health go hand in hand. Our Mental Health topics are specially written to help young people better understand themselves and manage their own internal world. The topics are sensitively taught whilst being lively, engaging and interesting too!

The topics have been collaboratively written by Tutor Dave and Tutor Andy drawing on their experiences working in Mental Health research for the NHS, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Psychology qualifications and training sales teams in large companies. These topics are typically suited to students aged 13-16 years of age. The topics will provide general information about mental health only, they do not constitute professional medical advice.
